Cancellation policy

Fodease offers an optional subscription for recurring delivery. This policy explains how subscriptions are billed and how to cancel.

How subscriptions work

When you select the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, you authorize a recurring order. We charge your payment method on file at the price shown at checkout, on the billing frequency you selected, until you cancel. Your order confirmation shows the price, billing frequency, and next renewal date. Prices may change with advance notice.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time, with no fees or penalties. Log in to your account and open the Subscriptions tab to manage or cancel your subscription, or email us at contact@fodease.com and we will take care of it. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future billing and shipments; it does not refund orders that have already been placed or shipped. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

Skip or change a shipment

You can also skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or update your payment and shipping details from your account, or by contacting us.
